Barlyy Silence Act
This document, the Barlyy Silence Act, when passed, will enact into law the following stipulations:Section 1
Barlyy, Briteannia, Brillelund, Unified Democratic Europe, Democratic Turkey, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, Callistortzka, and any other unmentioned nations owned by the aforementioned user are not permitted to speak on Callista's regional message board.
Section 2
Failure to comply with the laws codified by this act will result in, for the first two offences, a warning; a ban may be considered when three or more offences have been perpetrated by the named user.
Section 3
If the user in question, already banned, uses a puppet to evade the ban, a permanent ban is to be considered by the cabinet. If it is deemed unnecessary, then a temporary ban can be issued.
Section 4
This bill is purely out of political spite and a desire by the writer to get the titular nation out of the Callistan political sphere, and not for any rational or good-faith reason. Sorry, not sorry.
