Ulster is now under joint PRAF-RKA (Royal Kantrian Army) control. As per the PRAF's legally-registered Modus Operandi, the following statement has been made:

The long-term goals of the PRAF and her allies is the reconstitution and rehabilitation of a historic region name into a practicable and respectable participant in the interregional community. This action is authorised under the People's Revolutionary Air Force Act 2023.

Also cited is:

1. Support for a noted NationStates fascist by a native Regional Officer.

2. Association with a fascist axis of frontier and military powers dedicated towards disrupting interregional peace.

All TCB laws, excluding resident protections, now apply. PRAF Squadron HQ has the exclusive right to govern the region in tandem with RKA HQ as per its operational and legal parameters.

The region will be rehabilitated.
