Military Agreement between Nhoor and Havalland

The Könirike of Havalland and The Dominion of Nhoor, herein PARTIES, do willingly accept, as well as propose to ratify and implement the following dispositions, herein AGREEMENT.

1. The PARTIES understand and accept willingly that the first objective of this AGREEMENT is:
1.1. To establish military cooperation between the PARTIES. This cooperation will consist of
1.1.1. The regular conduct of joint military exercises in order to enhance the PARTIES’ readiness to respond to enemy attacks.
1.1.2. Other forms of military cooperation, to be specified in Military Regulations between the PARTIES.

2. The PARTIES understand and accept willingly that the second objective of this AGREEMENT is:
2.1. To allow access to some of the PARTIES’ naval vessels to some of the PARTIES’ naval bases and harbours.
2.2. Which naval vessels will have access to which naval bases will be specified in Military Regulations between the PARTIES.

3. The PARTIES assume the commitment to:
3.1. Keep this AGREEMENT in full effect for the term of 10 (ten) years from its RATIFYING by national legislature, except in the cases where other military agreements take precedence over the present AGREEMENT:
3.1.1. The cases where other military agreements take precedence over the present AGREEMENT are elaborated in Appendix I to the present AGREEMENT.
3.2. Engage in discussions for either the renewal or the termination of this AGREEMENT with a minimum of 1 (one) year remaining until the expiration of the 10 (ten) year term defined in item 3.1.
3.3. Understand any absence of communication regarding termination of reneval of this AGREEMENT as a sign of its will to keep it valid and effective for a duration of 2 (two) years, renewed indefinitely in case of absence of negotiations.

4. The PARTIES understand that, after signed, this AGREEMENT is effective one day after ratified and, therefore, the expiration will be accounted from this date.
