ASAP | Archaic Suzerain Assistance Program

ASAP Description:

The ASAP Program (Archaic Suzerain Assistance Program) is a program designed to assist smaller, newer regions grow and develop.
New regions may have a nation join them named "(Adjective) Archaic Suzerain." The adjective will depend on the theme of the puppet.
The puppet will request Appearance, Polls, Embassies, and (optional) Border Control. Upon granting the requested permissions, the puppet will begin developing the region.
