TCN resolution 36: Condemnation of Pavulturilor

To the Security Council of the Terraconserva Council of Nations

Preambulatory:

Shocked at the Pavulturilori Navy's unprovoked attack against the Ajak Navy, which took the lives of 98 Ajaks and injured 74 others, on 16 October 2022,

Dismayed at the false Pavulturilori claim that the attack occurred within Pavulturilori territorial waters,

Confirms based on Ajaki, Paleocacherian, and independent reports that the location of the attack occurred about 300 miles from the coast of the city of Dubătemir, Pavulturior, thus 100 miles into international waters,

Appalled at Pavulturilor's disregard for international law, including Terraconserva Council of Nations Maritime Law Treaty of 1985, by attacking a fellow TCN member in international waters,

Further dismayed at Pavulturilor's celebration of its wanton use of military force,

Wishing to prevent similar actions by Pavulturilor and the escalation of international violence,

Operative:

The Terraconserva Council of Nations Security Council hereby:

Condemns the government and Navy of the State of Pavulturilor for the unprovoked attack on Ajaki civilians and military personnel,

Demands Pavulturilor to pay reparations to Ajakanistan equal to the cost of the destroyed property, including the naval vessels and their cargo,

Demands Pavulturilor to pay reparations equal to 100,000 QBC to the family of each killed Ajak citizen, this a total of 9.8 million QBC,

Demands a formal admission of fault from the Pavulturilori Navy for the unprovoked attack,

Requests that the Pavulturilori criminal courts bring to justice those responsible for the attack,

Requests that member nations of the Terraconserva Council of Nations consider sanctions against the State of Pavulturilor if they fail to meet the above conditions.
