A discrepancy in Hill's budget motion led to a ruling by the Confederation Tribunal that nullified the Taxation and Appropriations Act 2021, leading to a crisis in the government that the Opposition cast Hill as to blame for. An impeachment petition against Hill gained traction, but Hill resigned from the presidency before the petition could reach the necessary signatures to initiate an impeachment motion.

The son of the late former President Andrew II Hazelwood. Won by a single vote absolute majority in first round on the ticket of the Senate Vanguard (ISV-VIP Coalition). Surprisingly, Hazelwood gained the endorsement of his predecessor Darcy Hill, when Hazelwood was previously at the forefront of the movement to impeach Hill. Administration ended due to lethargy and caused a fall in trust within the Imperial Senate.
