1. This Act only applies to In Character (IC) gameplay and roleplay, if the nation breaks RMB and RP rules, that is a matter for the WM WA delegate Founder and Government to decide
2. Condemnations must be of a good quality - contribute to gameplay, don't clutter it

1. This Act must be implemented by a poll by which at least 20% of TOO's residents approve it.
2. To repeal the Act, 25% of TOO's residents must vote to repeal it.
