Aldorrian Regional Constitution

This constitution represents the rules the government and the people must follow in order to achieve prosperity.

Article I: Rights

SECTION 1: Basic Rights

a. All rights only apply to nations residing in the Republic of Aldorria.

b. Nations residing in the Republic of Aldorria have the right to endorse any delegate of their choosing.

c. Nations are prohibited to participate in regional military actions or campaigns unless they are apart of RAAF.

d. Nations residing in the Republic of Aldorria have the rights to free speech, which includes the ability to criticize any government official without the fear of being banned. Any form of pornography however is prohibited.

e. Residents may protest but may not commit open rebellion, it will be considered as treason, open rebellion would include forming a new coalition in a new region to oppose the Republic of Aldorria.

SECTION 2: Government Restrictions

a. The government does not have the right to outright eject nations without a fair trial with non-governmental nations acting as the judges to vote guilty or innocent.

b. Every government official is not allowed to permanently ban a nation, that is exclusively only the right of the founder.

Article II: Defense

SECTION 1: Code Nucleus

a. The government will declare a suspension of national rights.

b. Elections are to be suspended and security around the border of the region will become stricter to protect against raids.

c. Ejections and permanent bans during Code Nucleus can be used without trial by the government. The main reason for any ejection or permanent ban would be on the grounds of treason.

SECTION 2: Republic of Aldorria Armed Forces

a. RAAF members have the same rights as normal nations.

b. All RAAF members have the main objective of defending the region, though it can be authorized for offensive operations.

c. RAAF member nations must create a puppet/alternative account (one minimum) which bears the regional flag.

Article III: Structure

SECTION 1: Parties

a. Parties must have a minimum of 2 nations before requesting to form a political party within the government.

b. Political parties may form, and have the ability to influence the government.

SECTION 2: Chancellor and Vice Chancellor

a. The Chancellor will serve as the elected leader of Aldorria, and if the chancellor is caught abusing his permissions, he will be subject to impeachment and removal.

b. The Chancellor position allows infinite re-elections, however each term is 90 days and by the end of a term, elections will take place, this can be extended in wartime depending on how long Code Nucleus is executed. Alt accounts may not vote and if they do only one real nation will count.

c. If the Chancellor leaves before their term is completed, this position automatically goes to the Vice Chancellor until calls for an election occur.

d. The Vice Chancellor position is chosen by the Chancellor.

e. Upon the event of a tie in the delegate election, the position automatically goes back to the original delegate.

SECTION 3: Constitution

a. The Constitution may be changed if a vote is held, including non governmental nations.

b. Any misconduct that contradicts the constitution with loopholes will be firmly punished.

c. Criticism of the constitution isn’t a bannable or kickable offense.

Article IV: Diplomacy

SECTION 1: Recruiting Policies

a. The Aldorrian Republic openly welcomes refugee nations escaping conflict from their home region.

b. Recruitment telegrams to other regions are only allowed if the account is a NEW ACCOUNT.

SECTION 2: Foreign Actions

a. The Aldorrian Republic does not have a defined foreign policy and can, with public referendum, initiate declarations of war or treaties with other regions.

First Amendment

A. The government must decide upon any major regional changes, an example being joining any regional alliances. The members in question are the Founder, Delegate, Chancellor, and Vice-Chancellor.

B. For a decision to be considered passed, it is required that ¾ majority of the government be in agreement.

C. In the event that the government vote ends in a tie, then the tiebreaker will be left up to the population of Aldorria.

D. If the vote does fall to the public, then any alts of the government nations are not allowed to vote to keep things fair and as unbiased as possible.

E. Embassies, polls, dispatches, and others akin to those regional features do not require any immediate government approval and can be used by any government members.

G. If one of the member nation is inactive, then a government vote will not be considered and the right to decide will fall to the people instead.

G. Any government nation is allowed to appoint an alternative nation to count toward their vote in the event that the government nation is not allowed to or can not vote.

H. The appointed nation can not be alt account and it must be a completely different nation.

I. If the Chancellor or Vice Chancellor is impeached and forced to resign then the vote will be suspended for the remainder of the current term and will only be brought back if a new chancellor or vice chancellor is found before then.

J. The Founder is only allowed one vote for the sake of not having an advantage over the rest of the nations.
