Vexiollogy of the Bonnite Banner

The flag of the Bonnite Borderlands is a multicolored banner consisting of four colored bars seperated by white lines with the image of an Alligator Snapping Turtle on the lefthand side, facing to the left (as per military customs, this represents Big Chomp always watching over the Borderlands).

Each bar represents one of the social strata of the theocratic nation, the dominant orange one putting the most emphasis on the highest order of all; the Enlightened gingers. The other colors - brown, black, and yellow - represent the other levels, the Dirt of the blondes being the lowest of all accordingly.

The white lines seperating the colored bars is a representation of the purity maintained in the deeply segregated society, each hair color inheriting their own job form and status in the nation.

Finally, the Alligator Snapping Turtle is a proud recreation and symbol of the nation, the national animal presented on the flag only appropiate with the worship of Big Chomp by the dominant, state endorsed religion of the Alligaturt Truth.
