What are Energy banks?

Energy Banks are basically batteries that store energy, which is the foundation of our nation. They are also used to power homes, cars, and everything that uses electricity. Therefore, the life of our citizens is directly tied to this source.If they don't get money, they get no electricity.
The Energy Banks are forbidden to be exported from the country. However, even if several do somehow manage to get smuggled, they cannot be copied. The Energy Bank Blueprint is possibly the most classified thing in The Tetra Core, so getting to manufacture Energy Banks from a few stolen ones would be a nearly impossible task.
