The Constitution Of The Republic Of Cramberry

All people have inalienable rights that no government can morally take away.
1. Freedom Of Speech, Belief, And Expression
Every person has the right to say, believe, or express in any way they want to except in cases where physical harm is done to another
2. Right To Bear Arms
Every citizen has a right to bear arms in cases such as hunting, self defense, and surveyed sport. No firearm will be given if specifically manufactured and created for warfare, or if buyer deemed not mentally fit enough.
3. Right To Refuse Service
An owner of an business or establishment may refuse service to anyone as long as given a valid reason, such as religion, criminal, or culture.
4. The Right To Take Legal Action
You may sue another individual or group for any legal reason, if you cannot afford a lawyer, you will provided with one.
5. The Right To Healthcare
A. Any sickness will be treated by the government for free
B. Abortions are legal as long as there is no heart or brain activity in the fetus
C. If the patient has chronic incurable pain, they request to be euthanized
6. The Right To Recreational Drug Use
Any substance that is victimless is legal recreationally and medicinally. A limit will be put on how much you get depending on the substance.
7. The Right To Education
Any individual has access to free public education, while still having the choice of private education. College tuition shall be paid for by taxpayers
8. The Right To Property
Every citizen has the right to own property if they can afford it and sell property if it theirs. No land can be declared public property if there is a current owner who has not given consent.
9. The Right To Wage
All businesses and establishments are required to pay a minimum, livable wage.
10. The Right To Refuse Search
Police cannot search you without a valid warrant.
