Addressing Patriotism decline

There has been a steep decline in patriotism in this country, our experts have identified it to be the increase in insulting images of Kirino-chan. This is Unacceptable and although Kawaii Lolisian internet is not regulated, this is just not nice. Here is Kirino-chan's reaction to these insulting memes:

Light hearted insults are tolerable but not rude ones. Remember Kawaii Lolis was founded on values such as RESPECT and COMPASSION towards Lolis and Imoutos. If you feel unhappy about certain issues, feel free to bring it to Kirino-chan, but don't make rude comments or memes. We are not like the citizens of the United Federation who insult their leaders calling them sexist racist whateverist.
Finally, if you refuse to heed this warning remember that Kirino is an imouto younger than 16, which means anyone who is found insulting her would commit a level 1 offense. Which means repeated insulting would lead to a level 2 offense which means fines. This is from the Loli and Imouto Protection act.
