Government of Nova Scanda

Executive: The Cabinet (every nation with a role except for canon political parties, the Head of the Judiciary and the capital of Nova scandan international community) the world assembly regional council (WA delegate and a vice-delegate), the Founder (Agife), the ministries (a theoretical group of councilors from the governing political party/parties), & the first minister (Leader of the governing political party)
Legislative: the "Concilium Septentrionale" (northern council), with a current 190 councilors elected at large though this fluctuates with the amount of nations in the region, of which 20% is determined, winner takes all style, by what party received the most votes in a nation, & the remaining 80% is determined using the d'hondt method in the total figures. Currently the Concilium Septentrionale consists of:

Government (Grand Coalition):

• Party of the United Left (Democratic Socialism, Social Liberalism): 106 seats

• United Scanda Party (Populism, Progressivism): 84 seats

Opposition (Stahlholmian Representation Group):

• Northern Dictation Committee (Populism): 48 seats

• Monarcho-Communist Party of John (John): 12 seats

Crossbench:

• Libertarianism (Anarcho-Capitalism, Right-Libertarianism): 55 seats

• United Scanda Party (Vanguardism, Social Justice): 30 seats

• Pax Scanda Party (Demilitarization, Liberalism): 15 seats

The "senatus sui iuris" (Independent Senate) has a fixed 100 seats, the membership of which consists of 75 fluid appointments by the Senate Board for their expertise on certain topics. These senators will change depending on what the senate is voting on. There are also 25 senators appointed for life by the First Minister for outstanding service, usually either military or public. The senate is independent by law and cannot introduce its own legislation.
Judicial: the Supreme Court (run by the Head of the Judiciary), & the courthouses (can be run by any nation selected by the H.J or Founder).
The Judiciary must remain separate from the Executive, but The founder & W.A delegates & vice-delegates can hold a cabinet position.
