The Thalmor

A brief description of the agents of Summerset:

The Thalmor are the agents and military commanders of the dominion of Summerset the are stationed in all of the Summerset isle puppet states and colonies they have the power to take people away if they breech the religious laws.
The Thalmor come as the Highborn justiciars and soldiers you see usually patrolling roads they are seen in are groups near public places in city's
towns and villages, they are known to be extremely powerful and can capture anyone without it being against the law.

History of the Thalmor

The founder of the Thalmor was Queen Berinziah a powerful queen answering to only to the Highborn public she wanted to keep the race of Highborn pure and its religion to thrive also to completely eradicate the worship of almost all human religions and enforce the worship of Auriel the god-king of Highborn society and the predecessor of the Highborn people.
to enforce the laws in the colonies and in the homeland, on the 2nd era of the 2 century she created the Thalmor
in just 2 months 7 thousand Smmersetian soldiers joined the Thalmor and the officers made into justiciars and justices
and now there is 4 million soldiers 1.6 million justiciars 1.1 billion Auriel class soldiers and allied colonial soldiers all ruled by the high council
and the queen.
