The Druidic Council,
REALIZING we have spies from other regions lurking in our regions.
ACKNOWLEDGING that some of them may come in terms that are unacceptable (ex. espionage) to us.
HEREBY recommends the following.
1. As per the foreign officer's position or in the absence of them the head minister, shall create a list of regions that displayed ill will to the region.
2. The home officer and/or head minister shall comb through the nations residing in Celtia and banject nations whose true loyalties are to the persona-non-grata regions.
3. If said persona-non-grata region has an embassy with Celtia, the foreign officer shall close the Celtian embassy with them
