Article I (Power and Region)
1.1 Regional government has priority duty to protect any nations and regions within its control
1.1a Regional government also has the highest priority to protect its citizens by rights, health, welfare, social and cultural.
1.1b Regional government have no rights of suppressing any type of RMB post (except blatant harassment or discrimination) by the citizen
1.1c Be nice and follow the government strict rules
1.2 Every nation and regions must be cleared from extreme ideologies such as fascist, radical Islamic view, crusaders, and any other ideologies that supports discrimination, hatred, and genocide
1.2a Every nation who get caught having any kind of affiliates with mentioned regions to will be brought to some sort of custody and brought into questioning
1.3 Every nations has their own right to liberate or to raid regions
1.4 Every nations has their right to follow and participate inside and outside Super Important Decision Meeting (SIDM).
1.5 Government of The Union of Loush Lands have rights to interfering with nation's personal matters (example: raid, personal regions, etc)

Article II (Structure)
2.1 President and Prime Minister have total control over the region system of government
2.1a Every nation in the region can't oppose decision and orders direct from President and/or Prime Minister
2.1b Ministers will be appointed by President and/or Prime Minister
2.2 Every legislature and executive powers held under the power of the President and/or Prime Minister
2.2a Mostly government and bureaucracy will be handle by Prime Minister
2.2b Minister could be charged, condemned or removed from power by President and/or Prime Minister
2.3 All ministers must respect and do the regional Constitution
2.4 Regional issues is judged by Super Important Decision Meeting (SIDM) attended by the ministers and Prime Minister

Article III (Domestic Affairs)
3.1 Regional government willing to give freedom for the rest of the nations inside the union
3.2 Every member freely to choose their economy system but as always keeping Loushinism as a main ideology
3.3 Every member are allowed freely to express on RMB
3.4 There will be no direct elections for President position, election does held in governing party
3.4a There will be a direct election for Prime Minister if they resigned and/or removed
3.4b Any kind of protest regarding the elections will be suppressed
3.5 Our region is roleplay friendly
3.5a Extreme roleplay are prohibited

Article IV (Foreign Affairs)
4.1 Regional government willing to work with any regions and organizations inside and outside the region, exclusively outside the region
4.2 Regional government willing to be partnered in any kind of events in abroad.
4.2a Regional government condemned any kind of unfair treaties, false ally ship, and betraying action
4.3 Foreign nation's RMB post etiquette is equal to that of all members in the region
4.5 Every embassy request with Nekopolis is accepted
4.5a Embassies will be rejected if its come from Fascist and other radical ideologies region
4.5b Embassies will also be rejected that comes from enemies and embassy collectors
4.6 Regional government have no rights to interfere with other region's internal affairs
4.6a Regional government willing to help as a third person to achieve regions peace
