Amendment Proposal - Updating the Order of Recruitment to current standards.

This amendment shall change Order of Recruitment (Amendment 1), paragraph a, sentence ii to:

ii. Recipients shall be awarded the medal upon showing to the Prime Minister that they have sent out 3,000 recruitment telegrams via manual recruitment. The required number to reach the next medal is double every 4 medals received by the recipient.
