Sekpolis Pact

Clause I: Function of the pact
The Sekpolis Pact primary function is to establish a military link between nations within TOO, and to deter countries not within the aforementioned pact from attacking member countries, any military action against one member nation ensures retaliation from all member nations

Clause II: Sekpolisian Oath

I [nation leader] of [nation] promise to defend my fellow nations, and acknowledge that any act of agression towards a felllow member nation will result in retaliation from all other member states of this pact. I will contribute forces to combat any form of aggression directed towards my fellow comrades, I also understand that I have the right to revoke membership of such pact as outlined in clause IV, I also understand that failure to abide by said laws will lead to the ejection of my nation from said pact under the Guidelines of clause IV. I also understand that no member nation has priority over the other. I understand and acknowledge that I maintain the right to withdraw my nation at any time as outlined under Clause IV appendix i

Clause III: Application process

All applicants must include the following information:
1. Nation leader
2. What forces they would contribute e.g. infantry etc.
3. Do you agree to the Sekpolisian Oath?
Note: Observer states are states which do not have to provide offensive military support to member nations (it is at the individual nation's own discretion), but will have to help defend, similarly, member states will not have to provide offensive military support to observer nations, but will have to help defend them.

Where it has been deemed that a nation has failed to commit to promises set out within the Sekpolis oath, the other member states will hold a vote on whether said nation should be ejected, a result of a tie will mean that a member nation will remain within the pact

Clause V: Weapons
The Sekpolis Pact primary function is to establish an eco-military link between nations within TOO as mentioned above, as such certain weapon technology will be freely transferred between member states, as well as freedom of necessary security information

Clause VI: Trade

All nation members will be able to trade freely with each other, and all embargoes/trade agreements with external nations shall be abided by the member states universally
