Recommendation:
The proposed resolution, Protecting Native Praries and Grasslands, was initially met with a somewhat positive reception by the Rejected Realms but was ultimately viewed in an unfavorable manner due to a few reasons.
Chief among these was the fact that despite being a proposal intended to help the environment, it would likely create more issues for the effort, along with the impact it would have on nations that don't even have native prarie and grassland ecosystems as looked at in the proposal.
