Socialist Peruvian state was founded in 2004 by Chairman Gonzalo (alias)/Abimel Guzman (real name). It was founded after a bloody civil war fought between the Communist Party of Peru (PCP) and the Fascist Peruvian government. The war lasted from 1982-2004. Shortly after the war the Socialist Peruvian state was founded.
