ARTICLE I

His Imperial Majesty and his Diet of Assemblies wish to confer that they have no intention to incur the wrath of other/foreign allied forces

The Hoffanian Government, for their part, agree that they will not obstruct the political efficacies of the Andrusognivian Sovereignty

The political statuses of Hoffanian residents in Andrusognivia and her territories remains unchanged, and vice versa

Both Parties agree to full intergovernmental and inter-military cooperation between each other

ARTICLE II
The Hoffanian Government wish to confer that they have no intention to incur the wrath of other/foreign allied forces

The Andrusognivian Government hereby declares that they wish to settle territorial claims and damage reparations caused by political/diplomatic incidents in a mixed court of Law comprised of both Andrusognivian and Hoffanian judges and delegacies and legal attorneys, separate from pre-existing International Courts.

The two Governments agree that they will not settle disputes of territorial claims or reparation injuries with force of arms or militaristic/commercial/political means of destructive retaliation

ARTICLE III
His Imperial Majesty and his Diet of Assemblies, collected in their judgement, will continue to respect the rights which Hoffania enjoys in Andrusognivia's soils and territories through other treaties, agreements, arrangements and other legal arbitrations which have been signed in concurrence between the two Sovereignties.

ARTICLE IV

The Andrusognivian and Hoffanian Governments wish to retain and preserve political and practical independence from one another

The Andrusognivian and Hoffanian Governments, upon signing this document, do not have obligations to rescind or cancel current or upcoming treaties or allegiances.

This mutual agreement hereby binds the two nations upon the terms and amendments of present and future terms of this Declaration for 40 years. Unless the enforcement of this treaty within two years of execution is expressively denounced by one applicant or the other, this treaty is infallible to any party representative or government mentioned and not mentioned here.

ARTICLE V
Both Governments reserve, preserve, and retain their political, social, and military sovereignty to their own lands and territories.

Both Governments agree that they will not enforce laws discriminating, repressing, or retaining the rights granted to foreign asylees or residents or laws that undermine or provide unfavorable social, economic, and political conditions in the respective countries.

Both Governments agree that they will accept laws already in effect in the respective countries that could detain and try the residents of the other country for crimes committed in that country.

ARTICLE VI

Trade is to be alleviated of tariffs and possible sanctions between the two countries. In order to guarantee passage of free trade, both countries will recognize commercial/private/national vessels registered on the Bypass Policing roster to be free of taxation of goods, sale, and passage.

ARTICLE VII

The two Governments agree to provide diplomatic support and assistance to one another, should the event of a diplomatic incident arise, in order to preserve the interests of both countries by this Declaration.

ARTICLE VIII

Both Governments agree that they will provide military support and assistance to one another, should the event of war arise, in order to preserve the interests of both countries by this Declaration.

In witness whereof his Excellency Ambassador of the Allied States of Hoffania at the Court of His Imperiality the Ceasar of the Empire of Andrusognivia and her Outer Territories and Dominions, and his Majesty's Principle Secretary of International Affairs, duly entitled for that purpose, have signed the present Declaration and have bound their seals unto the Document.
