We, the Communist Party of Mantesa, dismayed at the oppression suffered by the Proletariat under the foot of the bourgeoisie, hereby institute the Third International to help in the fight against the bourgeois empire. All worker’s parties must know that

I. Any organisation wanting to join the International must adhere to the principles of marxism and scientific materialism.
II. All members of the International must carry out all activities within their reach, whatever their condition may be, to spread the workers’ revolution.
III. All members of the International must work to create structures, whatever their condition may be, to collaborate with the destruction of the capitalist mode of production.
IV. The combat against the bourgeoisie must take place in all aspects of society, including the army and especially in the fields of the press and propaganda.
V. All members of the International repudiate all bourgeois institutions, systems and constructs.
VI. Any party that is not completely compromised with the cause of marxism shall not be considered truly communist.
VII. All socialists shall aid each other in the spreading of the Revolution to the best of their ability.
