The Articles of Inferno Stellaria shall be the highest law of the land and no other law may take precedence over or be in conflict with the Articles.[/size][/align]

[align=justify][size=120][*]The Executive Branch of Inferno Stellaria includes the Stellar Phoenix, the Regio Stellaris, the Delegate, the Praetor of Cultural Affairs, the Praetor of Foreign Affairs, and the Praetor of Internal Affairs, all of which have Regional Officer spots.[/size][/align]

[align=justify][size=120][*]The Stellar Phoenix is the Founder of Inferno Stellaria and the Head of State.
[*]The Stellar Phoenix holds ceremonial powers within the government of Inferno Stellaria, including but not limited to opening and closing ceremonies, holding elections, and signing any items passed through the Legislature.
[*]The Stellar Phoenix may appoint a successor, who is to be confirmed by the Legislature with a three-fourths supermajority vote in favor.
[*]Should the Stellar Phoenix disappear without an appointed successor and the founder account Cease-To-Exist, the Regio Stellaris automatically assumes the position of Stellar Phoenix and must refound the region. In such an event, a confirmation is not required.[/size][/align]

[*]The Regio Stellaris is appointed by the Stellar Phoenix at the beginning of each term, and is to be confirmed by the Legislature with a simple majority in favor. 
[*]The Regio Stellaris holds appearance, embassies, border control, communication, and polls powers.  
[*]The Regio Stellaris may establish additional portfolios, dissolve portfolios, and appoint any number of deputies or officers to fulfill those portfolios. Such actions must be confirmed by a simple majority vote of the Executive.[/size][/align]

[*]A new Delegate shall be selected upon resignation of the previous Delegate or whenever the Stellar Phoenix determines that a new Delegate should be chosen.
[*]The Delegate shall hold the in-game World Assembly Delegate position.[/size][/align]

[align=justify][size=120][*]The Regio Stellaris appoints three Praetors following the conclusion of the Regio Stellaris' confirmation vote. 
[*]The Praetors must be confirmed by a simple majority of the Legislature.
[*]The Praetor of Internal Affairs is responsible for maintaining the region's infrastructure and recruitment. They hold appearance and communication powers.
[*]The Praetor of Cultural Affairs is responsible for hosting events and contests for the region as they see fit, as well as safeguarding and promoting the regional culture. They hold appearance, communication, and polls powers.
[*]The Praetor of Foreign Affairs is responsible for promoting the region abroad to other regions and maintaining diplomatic ties to other regions. They hold appearance, communication, and embassy powers.
[*]Any action that a Praetor may take that involves a change to the World Factbook Entry or mass telegramming must be explicitly approved by the Stellar Phoenix and the Regio Stellaris.[/size][/align]

[*]An "item" is defined as a bill, an amendment to the Articles and other laws, or a resolution.
[*]The Legislature may write and pass items.
[*]Any items that affect the direct governance of the region or the Articles are Constitutional matters.
[*]Any item passed by the Legislature that concerns Constitutional matters requires a minimum of a week of debate, and a week-long vote via a regional poll open to all residents, requiring at least a two-thirds supermajority to pass.
[*]All other items passed through the Legislature requires a minimum four days of debate and a four-day vote via a regional poll open to all residents, requiring a simple majority to pass.[/size][/align]

[align=justify][size=120][*]The Legislature is chaired by the Speaker, who is to be elected from amongst the membership of the Legislature every four months.
[*]The Speaker is tasked with moderating debates over items presented to the Legislature and enforcing any Standing Order or Procedural Rules the Legislature may so enact.
[*]The Speaker holds a Regional Officer position with appearance, communication, and polls powers.[/size][/align]

[*]The Chief Iustitia is appointed by the Stellar Phoenix and has to be confirmed by the Legislature with a simple majority vote.
[*]The Chief Iustitia appoints 2 Associate Iudices, to be confirmed by a simple majority vote by the Legislature.
[*]Any resident of Inferno Stellaria is eligible to be appointed as an Iustitia.
[*]The Iudices serve until they resign, leave the region, or are recalled by the Legislature.
[*]The Atrium serves to answer legal questions concerning the current laws of Inferno Stellaria and hear criminal cases.
[*]The Atrium exclusively holds the judicial power in Inferno Stellaria.
[*]Should someone be found guilty of crime in Inferno Stellaria, the Atrium has the power to administer a sentence with the approval of the Stellar Phoenix.
[*]The Atrium is empowered to resolve any conflicts in laws in the least disruptive way possible.
