Governmental Customs of The Realm

    01. Regents may take the nation in and out of The World Assembly as doing so is a part of the military affairs.

    02. Public Decrees may take the nation in and out of any given region.

    03. Public Decrees may change the official title of the nation.

    04. The regent can wage war so long as he is requested to do so by public decree.

    05. The regent can declare the nation's type and change its flag so long as no other branch of government protests against doing so.
