This bill regulates the distributing of Commendations and Condemnations for the dual reasons of ensuring:

1) A lack of corruption in the system
2) The scarcity, and thus the value, of a C/C

Therefore:

1) No Commendation or Condemnation shall be presented to a nation by that nation, nor any subsidiary, colony, or clear puppetual nation of the recievial nation.
2) No more than one(1) Commendation and one(1) Condemnation shall be presented to any nation in one(1) day.
3) Commendations and Condemnations must be clearly defined
4) The provisions of this act can be overturned on an individual basis only by allowance of the regional branch of the Triumvirate System in a democratic vote
5) Any decisions relating to the provisions of this act are permitted to be considered by the Slide Court.
