The hierarchy of the Vantierian army (list)

The following list will show the ranks of the Vantierian army from the highest to lowest and their function.

1.King: The King is the head of state of Vantier, but also the highest command in the Vantierian military.

2.General Lieutenant:Leader of a Vantierian military district.

3.Major-General:Leads a division.

4.Brigade General:Leads a brigade.

5.Colonel:Is the chief of a regiment.

6.Colonel Lieutenant:Is the Chief of a battalion

7.Commander:Is usually the chief of a support company or a battalion

8.Captain:Is usually in charge of a battery or a company.

9.Lieutenant:Leads a section.

10.Second Lieutenant: Now used by military academy students. After the third year they hold this title, denominated as Student Second Lieutenant. After graduating, they acquire the job of Lieutenant.

11.Chief Petty Officer: Cooperates actively with the chief of the unit, contributing the concerns and the troop personnel.

12.Sublieutenant:Can command a section among the duties of his job.

13.Brigade:Supports the captain in administrative tasks or perform logistic functions.

14.Sergeant:Is in charge of the training and evaluation of the troops.

15.First Corporal:Serves as a platoon leader.

16.Corporal:Squad leader.

17:Soldier:Lowest rank in the Vantierian military.
