Article I. Abolishment of the senate
Section 1.01 The Morrowia Act
(a) Fate of the szentas:
In accordance with the triparted power ideas presented by the eastern European council we have abolished the senate and replaced it with the judge council
(b) Reparations of the szentas.
The senators must find themselves abandoned in their career after being ejected out of their seats, but given if their opinion in public eyes is exalted. They shall be presented with an opportunity to represent themselves as judges regardless of their influence
Article II. The introduction of a reactionary judge board
Section 2.01 The Ironside Act
(a) Judges and their role
Judges will play a major role in preserving the power balance between both the monarchy and the party controlling the republic and to uphold the dictum of the eastern European council and its constituents. Judges shall have the ability to subdue any constitution that is to be passed by the republic as long as there is unanimous agreement on its details among the judges
(b) Elected judges
Judges will be elected by the Leaders Eastern Europe. These shall occur 2 weeks after any prime ministerial election of New Eastern Europe.
Section 2.02 The Santa selena principles
(a) Endorsements
No member of parliament is permitted to endorse a judge no matter their influence. Member of parliament refers to someone with executive power. Along with that one can only endorse someone if they have an influence level below handshaker. It is permitted to
(b) Voting rules
Judges are not allowed to vote themselves. If any evidence of election fraud is found, punishments could include bans and the current poll will be returned.
Article III. The Parliament
Section 3.01 The falinar act
(a) Elected ministers
All ministers in the parliament shall be selected by the current prime minister. They can be overruled by the current monarch
(b) Dismissal of ministers
Only judges, the prime minister and the monarch can dismiss a minister mid term. All ministers are dismissed at the election
