Posthumously awarded for exceptional selflessness and commitment to duty, resulting in the loss of precious life too soon.

Lieutenant Colonel Dr Kasumi Arima (b. 20 August 1974)
有馬　かすみ
Awarded for extraordinary service in the field and commitment to duty, in spite of circumstances injurious to personal wellbeing.

Dr Gōpei Okuda (b. 31 July 1948)
奥田　豪平
Awarded for tireless work in the field of medical research, most notably in the development of a cure to the zombie plague.
