Establishment of Gran Stephania Common Currency

By the grace of the Goddess Stephani, and noting that :

In accordance with : the regional poll instituted to settle the question of a common currency.
Further Noting : the result of said regional poll where 11 nations voted in favour of the Bottle Cap.

We the Inner council of Gran Stephania hereby declare the institution of the common currency of Gran Stephania to be the Bottle Cap with a standardized exchange rate in the whole of Gran Stephania. Thereby all countries in the region are required by law to change their currencies to the Bottle Cap. Whether that be immediate or gradual is up to the respective nations. However, it should be noted that all states must change to the bottle cap within 72 hours of this announcement given. Failure to comply will be met with responses appropriate to the severity of the failure and will be judged by the inner council and other states of the region.
