Reasoning: This resolution attempts to protect the legal rights of workers by making sure that dispute arbitration is fair and free of coercion or pressure from employers. It also prevents employers from retaliating against their employees for refusing to enter such an agreement, or seeking judicial action to protect their rights. Essentially, this resolution better protects collective bargaining by mandating that employers can not force or pressure their employees into an agreement, and the employees can not be punished for refusing to enter an agreement or seeking legal action to protect their rights. This resolution is well-written and has a good intention of reinforcing the rights of workers. Therefore, we recommend a vote FOR this resolution.
