Ban on Torture
This act is concerned with banning torture.Torture goes against all values and principles of Othrodox Empire, and is pure negation of progressive forces that we admire.
Following was concluded:
1. Torture without consent is not allowed, not matter the reason, nor in secret by security agencies, and no matter what is at stake.
2. Torture with consent is to be done under proper diagnosis of reason behind which individual decided to consent, in order to eliminate any possibility of forced consent. If there is lack of administrative capacity to make a proper diagnosis, approval will not be given and consent not recognized by law
