I have found the owner of all Gaeslan nations

Wait no this one has 3 billion fewer people than any of the other gaeslans
More research is required

It appears that this is indeed the controller of the gaeslans and yet there is still some oddities

Diljan never died or fell behind in population- it was founded on April 14 2017

The original gaeslan, however, was founded sometime in late 2015 as were all other gaeslans

Only the first 101 gaeslans have the motto A puppet of Diljan Rikardsson all other ones in the series (except 106) have the motto En í kvöld lýkur vetri sérhvers vinnandi manns which means, But tonight, every working man's winter ends(In Icelandic)

Also, they are all actively kept alive and as far as I can tell, not one has ceased to exist
