Institutions of the League of Empires

The League of Empires is governed under a system of separation of powers, ensuring social law.

There are 4 institutions (Council of the Union, Pan-imperial Congress, Court of Justice), each exercising a public power, in addition to the Office of the President of the Union, who is the leader of the region.

Office of the President of Union

He is the leader of the region, who exercises executive power, in addition to being entitled to veto against the Pan-imperial Congress.

Council of the Union

The Council of the Union is the body that exercises the executive power of the region, functioning as a council of ministers. The leader of this institution is the High Councilor of the Union, and the rest of the members are called the Councilors of Affairs.

Pan-imperial Congress

The Pan-imperial Congress is the legislative body, responsible for approving, not approving or repealing laws, by absolute majority. Each nation has one vote in the Pan-imperial Congress. Its president is responsible for the enforcement of laws. The President and the High Councilor of the Union have veto power to the decisions taken by this body.

Court of Justice

The Court of Justice is the highest body in regard to the judiciary.
