NRB-HRB Unification Treaty

The regions of New Reich of Bunicken and The Holy Reich of Bunicken shall, upon the ratification of this treaty, unite under the following stipulations.

I. Skyonder, acting Kaiser of The Holy Reich of Bunicken, shall abdicate his position as Kaiser of The Holy Reich of Bunicken, but retain the title (stripped of its powers), and shall act as the governor of The Holy Reich of Bunicken with any and all authority being ordained of His Imperial and Holy Majesty, Kaiser Selven, and Her Majesty, Kaiserin Ladymorrighan of New Reich of Bunicken.

II. Skyonder shall be awarded the title of Archduke of New Reich of Bunicken, and shall be granted a seat in the Parliament of Bunicken to represent himself as well as The Holy Reich of Bunicken

III. All laws and decrees issued by His Imperial and Holy Majesty, Kaiser Selven and Her Majesty, Kaiserin Ladymorrighan, as well as any and all laws and decrees passed by the Parliament of Bunicken, and additionally any and all decrees issued by ministers of New Reich of Bunicken that are within their authority to issue, shall apply to both New Reich of Bunicken and The Holy Reich of Bunicken. This applies to any and all laws/decrees issued in the past and future (before and after the ratification of this treaty).

IV. The unified remnants of america, a citizen of The Holy Reich of Bunicken, is to be stripped of his citizenship, any government and or military positions, and ejected and banned from The Holy Reich of Bunicken, and barred from entering New Reich of Bunicken, and any territorial holdings thereof.

V. United christian states, a citizen of The Holy Reich of Bunicken, shall be permitted to remain a citizen, but shall be barred from entering New Reich of Bunicken. He will, however, be permitted to maintain or obtain any military and government positions in The Holy Reich of Bunicken. Should the nation in question exhibit good behavior, and genuinely loyal sentiments to the monarchy, this clause may be redacted. Redaction of this article can, however, be undone should the nation in question revert to disloyal sentiments.

VI. The present ban preventing Her Majesty, Ladymorrighan, from entering The Holy Reich of Bunicken, shall be repealed.

By these articles, the two regions shall be united under the divine sovereignty of His Imperial and Holy Majesty, Kaiser Selven, and Her Majesty, Ladymorrighan.
