Mentorship Program

Hello my peeps,

I just wanted to expand on what I said about my mentorship program.

Playing NS for the first time can be a confusing experience especially when a lot of regions have their own individual rules, events and etc. Getting the hang of things can be difficult for newbies.

The RMB could be a scary place for new nations, although we are welcoming, we can be quite intimidating (unintentionally) to a new nation, especially when they don't understand our inside jokes or satire. I believe this is the reason why we rarely see new nations on our RMB

I'm not saying all nations don't feel included on the RMB. Obviously some of them might just not like to talk on the RMB because we don't allow RP.

I'll get to my idea of bringing in RP events and or allowing light RP on the RMB some other time.

So with the mentorship program, people can volunteer to give a new player tips and tricks for NS, help them interact and be included with the RMB, really make this place like home. When the system is in place, you can volunteer by simply sending a TG to the organiser, then you'll be given the names of a few new nations which you can help. You can opt out anytime. It'll be like when a new kid comes to school and you show the new kid around.

This system isn't only in place for newbies, regulars can feel free to ask for a mentor to help them. Because we all occasionally forget how to use certain features of NS.

Thank you for reading.
I hope I have your support.
