The Rai Berictux officials' use a legislation strategy of traditional legitimacy. The government has much power and possesses an authoritarian regime, manages and undermines human rights, for example, by using ID-cards. If people consider the state illegitimate, it uses power to force them to obey (as identified by Antonio Gramsci). It is ideological legitimacy, because there is socialism.
