A Cola by Any Other Name (Issue #859)

On October 16^th of 2019, Eckie-Ecola printed their labels an identical shade of pink to that of Eckie-Cola's label. Both companies, Eckie-Ecola and Eckie-Cola, are fizzy soda companies, with Eckie-Cola being the older but smaller company, and Eckie-Ecola being the newer, but larger company.

In response, the Akhillean government did not force Ecki-Ecola to change its name and logo, deciding to let the free-market dictate which name and logo would be more popular.

There were no significant consequences due to this decision.
