Integrated Cybernetics Decree (INED)

Whereas it is essential for the government personnel to maintain accountable budgets on their expenses, therefore as the premier of the people's republic of Palapasia I hereby order as follows:

1. Commencing mandatory planted chip for every government personnel that employed in any government institution.

2. The chip will be used as means of payment for any goods and services acquired.

3. Any transaction made will be monitored and saved in state expense database.

This decree is effective immediately.
