Article I - The Monarchy
§1.1 The region shall be ruled over as a Diarchy by the Houses of Ordek and Aether.
§1.1.1 Each Royal House shall be headed by a Sovereign.
§1.1.2 Each Royal House shall have a position for an Count, chosen at the discretion of their Sovereign.
§1.1.3 In the absence of a Royal House's Sovereign, the Count shall act in their place.
§1.1.4 If a Sovereign ceases to exist, quits the game, is banned, or faces a similar event, and does not have an Count in place, the other Sovereigns may appoint at their discretion and mutual agreement, an Count to rule over the House until the return of the proper Sovereign.
§1.2 The Sovereign of each Royal House shall serve as the Monarchs of the Grace of Gaia.
§1.2.1 When matters are put to vote, each Sovereign shall hold a one third vote.
§1.2.2 If a Sovereign ceases to exist, quits the game, is banned, or faces a similar event, the other Sovereigns shall delegate their vote to another party, or the appointed Count of the House, at their discretion and mutual agreement.
§1.3 Beneath the Sovereigns shall be the Teyrns, who may bear different titles, stemming from their Houses of Origin.
§1.3.1 The Teyrns shall be regarded as the High Nobles of the Grace of Gaia, and it shall be expected that their House honor them with the appropriate status in their House.
§1.3.2 Teyrns owing allegiance to no house shall be known as Independent Nobles.
§1.4 Beneath the Teyrns shall be the Patricians, who may bear different titles stemming from their Houses of Origin. Some Patricians may also owe allegiance to no Teyrn, and may act directly under the authority of a Sovereign or Count.
§1.4.1 The Patricians shall be regarded as the Low Nobles of the Grace of Gaia, and it shall be expected that their House honor them with a status no lower than their status in the Region.
§1.4.2 Patricians owing allegiance to no house shall be known as Lone Nobles, though they may be referred to as a "Patrician Beneath The Sovereign".
Article II - The Branches Of Government
§2.1 The Sovereigns shall have sole right of Executive legal power.
§2.1.1 The Sovereigns may, as desired or needed, create, appoint, or dissolve Teyrns and Patricians.
§2.1.2 The Sovereigns may rule by decree.
§2.2 The Teyrns shall serve as the Branch Ministers of the Grace of Gaia, and may create and appoint Patricians beneath them as necessary.
§2.2.1 There shall be a Teyrn of Roleplay, head of the Branch of RolePlay.
§2.2.2 There shall be a Teyrn of Internal Affairs, head of the Branch of Internal Affairs.
§2.2.3 There shall be a Teyrn of Foreign Affairs, head of the Branch of Foreign Affairs.
§2.2.4 There shall be a Teyrn of WA Affairs, who shall be the currently elected World Assembly Delegate of Grace of Gaia.
§2.2.4.1 Unlike the other Teyrns, the Teyrn of WA Affairs shall have no duties nor responsibilities, except for those which they give themselves. These duties may only revolve around the World Assembly, and shall constitute the Branch of WA Affairs.
§2.2.4.2 The Teyrn of WA Affairs may not seek to limit or cap the amount of endorsements others in the region can receive or give.
§2.2.4.3 Any resident of the Grace of Gaia who is a member of the World Assembly may seek out and run for the office of Teyrn of WA Affairs.
§2.3 The Patricians shall serve as officials tasked with the carrying out of specific duties, either by a Sovereign or a Teyrn.
§2.3.1 Diplomats beneath the Teyrn of Foreign Affairs shall be known as "Patrician to [assigned region]".
Article III - The Duties and Rights of Houses
§3.1 Each Royal House shall maintain a Dispatch of what their House is, how it is structured, and who is in it.
§3.2 Each Royal House shall maintain on the regional forum an applications topic, through which Gains may seek to join their House.
§3.2.1 Sovereigns may directly approve these applications, or may delegate authority to do so to another member of their House.
§3.2.2 If a Sovereign ceases to exist, quits the game, is banned, or faces a similar event, and does not have an Count in place, and one has not been appointed by the other Sovereigns, then it shall fall to the other Sovereigns to approve applications to the House, until a time an Count is appointed.
§3.3 Each Sovereign, or Count in their absence, shall run their House as they see fit.
Article IV - Citizenship, Rights, and Qualifications
§4.1 A citizen of Gaia shall be any person who has a nation within the Grace of Gaia.
§4.2 All Gaians shall have the right to join one of the Royal Houses, Ordek or Aether, or may choose to to join The Shanty Town of O'Hana, or remain Houseless.
§4.2.1 No Gaian shall be permitted to join more than one Royal House at any given time, and must renounce their place within their current House before joining another.
§4.3 All Gaians shall have the right to participate in regional activities, events, participate in both Nation and Gaian RPs, and the events of their own Houses.
§4.3.1 Participation in activities, events, and roleplays, is thus subject to the rules and provisions of each, and violation of those rules and provisions may lead to personal expulsion or banishment from the activity, event, roleplay, roleplaying branch, or even of their House.
§4.4 No Gaian shall have more than one nation within the region Grace of Gaia, except with a personal exemption from the Sovereigns.
§4.5 All Gaians shall have a right to enter the World Assembly Endorsement Program (WASP), the sole requirement for membership being that they join and remain in the World Assembly.
§4.5.1 All members of the WASP program, in addition to being Gaians, shall be known as Wasps.
§4.6 The Sovereigns, at their discretion, may choose to blacklist of declare persona non grata, certain players of the game, thus disqualifying that person from Gaian citizenship.
§4.7 All Gaians shall adhere to the laws, rules, and provisions, of Gaia. Violation of rules may lead to punishment or banishment, depending on the severity of incidents and their track record.
Grace of Gaia was founded on 25 February 2019, by the then joint Founder-Sovereigns
