His Majesty's Government

1. The Monarch, the head of the House of Spearwald; the Royal House of the Kingdom of Emery as the custodian of the Constitution, has the power to grant royal pardons and reprieves, and to convene and adjourn either or both houses of Parliament under extraordinary circumstances. Also dictates the occupant of the Prime Minister Office, as well as dismissed from the Office based upon the wishes of the people. Commander-in-Chief of the Emery Armed Forces (EAF) is a position vested in the Monarch. Although with such authority, the Monarch rarely interfere with state affairs unless it contradicts with the Constitution and compromise on the people's wellbeing.

Head of the 3 branches of the government namely judiciary, legislative and executive. The members of the Crown Council are addressed as "His/Her Excellency" while the Monarch addressed as "His/Her Majesty The King/Queen". In their capacity similar to that of a Board of Directors in safeguarding the Constitution, provide counsel to the government, and unify the people. To facilitate this vision and keeping the government in check, an independent commissions been established under the purview of the Crown Council: the Commission of Integrity (CoI).

2. The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Emery is the head of government of the Kingdom of Emery elected by the people. By convention, this office is held by the elected WA Delegate addressed as "His/Her Excellency". The Prime Minister leads the executive branch of the government of the Kingdom of Emery. Long-standing constitutional convention has granted de facto executive authority, along with the support of the Cabinet makes the key decisions on the use of the armed forces (EAF). The Prime Minister, however, remains the "ultimate authority" of the military, with officers and personnel swearing allegiance only to the Head of State.

Article 16 of the Kingdom of Emery Constitution vests the executive power of the Kingdom of Emery in the Prime Minister with consent from the Monarch. The power includes execution of state law, alongside the responsibility of appointing state executive, diplomatic, regulatory and judicial officers, and concluding treaties with foreign powers with the advice and consent of the Parliament. The Prime Minister also directs the foreign and domestic policy of the Kingdom of Emery.

3. The Speaker of the House's official role is to moderate debate, make rulings on procedure, announce the results of votes, and the like. The Speaker leads the legislative branch of the government of Kingdom of Emery by which decides who may speak and has the powers to discipline members who break the procedures of the chamber or house. The speaker often also represents the body in person, as the voice of the body in ceremonial and some other situations.

4. The Chief Justice leads the judicial branch of the government of the Kingdom of Emery, acting as the chief judge of the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Emery. The Chief Justice is one of nine Supreme Court justices; the other eight have the title Associate Justice.

5. The Secretary of Defence and Homeland Security is the head of the Department of Defence and Department of Homeland Security, the body concerned with protecting the Kingdom of Emery and the safety of its citizens. The roles include Coast Guard, the Regional Protective Service, Customs and Border Protection, Border Patrol, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Secret Service, and the Emery Emergency Management Agency (EEMA). Due to the huge portfolio, the Secretary as he/she deem fit may appoint deputies to assist, respectively Minister of Defence and Minister of Homeland Security.

6. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is a senior official of the government of the Kingdom of Emery heading the Department of State, principally concerned with foreign policy and is considered to be the government's equivalent of a Secretary of State or Deputy WA Delegate. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is appointed by the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Emery and is confirmed by the Parliament.

7. The Minister of Communications and Information is the head of the Department of Communications and Information tasked with providing all-source information support to Kingdom of Emery diplomats and analyzing intelligence, recruiting nation states to the Kingdom. The Department of Communications and Information is part of the Emery Intelligence Community. The current number of employees and its budget are classified.
