Up to five Federation nations may be part of the Board as significant contributing members at any given time. 
Their primary role is to assist the Chairman in carrying out the Board's Charter. New board members may be recommended by the Chairman and approved by regional vote.[/box][/floatleft]

The database is a collection of scientific discoveries and technological innovations submitted by member nations at their own leisure. All FMF citizens may view the database at any time at no charge. Foreign visitors may also gain access for a small fee.

To be submitted, scientific papers are obligated to follow the following format:

Within the description the following Scientific Standards, measurement systems, and writing conventions nations must be used in order to be published.

Once it is sent to the Chairman of the Science Board, it will be reviewed by the board as a whole to determine that it complies with Scientific Standards herein described (just follow SI Units if unsure). Following this, it shall be added to the Scientific Archives.

[b]Official Events[/b]

Other than regular meetings, official events such as the S5 Summit and other conventions will be organized by the board. The board recommends all nations attend the Federation Science Expo, hosted by [nation]Cerveskia[/nation], as we see it as the perfect opportunity to acquaint nations of the FMF with a variety of new scientific advancements.
