Medal of Honor

Battle: Battle for the O O F
Victor: Controversial
Awarded to: Trace Mcsorley
Rank: Major
Reason for Award
Trace Mcsorley was the team leader of Patrol Delta and his patrol was called into action during the heat of the Battle for the O O F. General Chris Moore was being overwhelmed by Ghaptian enemy troops(mini Farquaads). After sending in a Lightning Strike(multiple bombs dropped by F-11s in certain locations), the elite patrol of 10 was sent in to clean up the "few" remaining Farquaads. However, the intel was faked by Holy finland hackers and Patrol Delta was lead right into a trap(#NeverAgain). They were ambushed simultaneously and 4 members of Patrol Delta instantly perished. The remaining 6 Deltas took cover behind a large rock and returned fire, killing an estimated 10 Farquaads. However, the Farquaads greatly outnumbered the Deltas and advanced to their location. Knowing his team's potential fate in the situation, Trace Mcsorley distracted the Farquaads by running to a nearby rock 20 meters away in the forest. While doing so, Major Mcsorley was shot twice in his cafe. As the Farquaads were distracted, the other 5 members crept away and hitch-hiked back to Treshmania, surviving the horrible battle. However, once the Farquaads noticed Patrol Delta had escaped, this only fueled the enemy Ghaptian soldiers as they advanced to Mcsorley. Trace Mcsorley's position was being overwhelmed by the mini Farquaads. He downed 24 enemy troops with a full mag from his M4 and replenished his weapon with a fresh magazine. He eventually ran out of ammo in his M4 killing 50 and he pulled out his Glock. He killed 8 more Farquaads, but now the vast amount of enemy soldiers surrounded him and shot Mcsorley twice in the thigh, three times in the gut, and once in his right forearm. Mcsorley accepted his fate. Without letting the Farquaads see, he pulled a Frag Grenade out and pulled the pin. The next second, a Farquaad Captain shot Mcsorley in the head and Mcsorley perished. As the Ghaptian soldiers gathered around to eat the Major(Yes, they eat humans), the grenade went off exterminating 45, heavily injuring 93, and injuring another 121. Without Trace Mcsorley's valiant actions, Patrol Delta would have never made it out alive. Mcsorley, you will be remembered.
