[b]Tidings of war on August 2018: President Marcantonio Bragadin is elected General in Chief by the Federal Council[/b]

At the tidings of Nuclear War III and Klayina crisis, the President of the Federal Council Dr. Marcantonio Bragadin resigned his dimission.
Federal Council elected Marcantonio Bragadin as General in Chief.

General Bragadin lowers the flag of the Most Serene Federal Republic and raises the Battle Flag with the Winged Lion armed with a Sword of the Armed Federal Republic.

Gen. Bragadin declared that martial Law is active from now.
Cantonal police arrested all the citizens of the enemy nations.
All industrial activity is converted into War activity.
Our space platforms can reach every targets in the world.

Under the Battle Flag flogging into the wind, Gen. Bragadin declares that the [i]Federal Council will never sign any surrender dispatch. Each citizen is called to defend his own Canton and his family. Millimeter by millimeter if necessary.  Any dispatch or order of surrender will be considered fake news and propaganded enemy.

[b]Klayina Autonomous Government within the Republic of Agarntrop[/b]

The ambassador Henry Dandolo respectfully bring to the attention of the President of the Republic of Agarntrop a letter signed by the 12 Federal Councillors of the Federal Council of the Most Serene Federal Republic of Nordhpadhan.

[i]Dear Sirs,

the military solution has to be the latest one. We think that it is possible to redime the situation with a win win political strategy based on our experience as a Federation.

Nordhpadhan has existed as a State in its present form since the adoption of the Federal Constitution. 
There are considerable differences between the individual Cantons. 
Nordhpadhan is divided by language. There are 12 official languages.
Nordhpadhan is divided into 11 sovereign Cantons. 
The Cantons along the Plateau tend to be the most populous, industrial and religiously Heathenistic. 
The Cantons in the Alps and in the Gulf of the Padhanian Sea tend to be less populous, religiously Hellenistic and have an agrarian or tourism-based economy. 
The Native Canton is less populous, the economy is based on breeding Spice Worms in the desertic Native Land. The cultivation of the Spice is of fundamental importance for the economy of their Guild and for their culturale heritage. 

When in 1700 they are inglobed in our Federation, the extension of their desertic native lands decreased cause the different approach to agriculture of the incoming people. Now the native community is protected by the Federation and by the Law.

We are united to protect our differences. Motto of the Federation is: Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno which is a Latin phrase that means One for all, all for one.  We are rich of cultural heritages.
The Federation is Neutral, but not peaceful.

We'd like to approach to the present problem in the aim to a win win strategy. 
We think that it is possibile proposing to Klayina Autonomous Government a peaceful solution within a Federation with the Republic of Agarntrop. 

Changing the structure of the State recognizing to Klayina much more freedom than now and a paritetic condition with the Republic of Agarntrop within the bond treaty of a new Federation is a better solution than mass killing people.

Considering that Federal Assembly of the Federation recognizes Self-Determination of local community as a sacrosant right, for now we do not recognize the Klayina as an independent State.

Considering that only in case of war the Federal Council elected only one General, today after the tidings of war, the President Marcantonio Bragadin resigned his mandate. Federal Council elects Marcantonio Bragadin as General in Chief.
General Bragadin lowers the flag of the Most Serene Federal Republic and raises the Battle Flag with the Winged Lion armed with a Sword of the Armed Federal Republic. Under the Battle Flag flogging into the wind and in front of two thousands of the Federal Army officers, Gen. Bragadin declares that the Federal Council is ready to any solution to keep the peace and safeguarding the self-determination right.

President Dandolo lowers the Battle Flag with the Winged Lion armed with a Sword of the Armed Federal Republic and raises the Flag of the Most Serene Federal Republic.

[b]Direct election of the Federal and Cantonal Courts [/b]
Federal Assembly calls the citizens of the Federation for a general election of the Federal Court and Cantonal judges.
The citizens of the enemy nations were processed by the Federal Court. Who did not commit any illigetimate acts is free.
