The Dictatorship of Where the dead live is a colossal, efficient nation, ruled by Kim Il Sung with an iron fist, and remarkable for its frequent executions, anti-smoking policies, and compulsory military service. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 7.718 billion Where the dead liveans are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government is primarily concerned with Defense, although Law & Order and Education are also considered important, while Spirituality receives no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kim Il Sung City. The income tax rate is 100%.

The frighteningly efficient Where the dead livean economy, worth a remarkable 4,197 trillion Yuan a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal.
