They occasionally produced excellent socialist theorists and gradually they were evolving from feudalistic societies to more rationalized, distributist and more egalitarian systems. The monarchy was abolished, however, there are still details to be polished to achieve a true society without hierarchies. Despite being a confederation, it is as if they were a single volk so the relationship between the citizens is quite friendly and the relation with other nations of the Communist Bloc is excellent.
Although individually they have long stories, they decide to count it after they established themselves as a confederation, and that has been for 500 years.
The oldest records date from the Neolithic period, and would slowly progress from agricultural societies to the first attempts at urbanization. The regions of Germang, Denciryark, Norring, Swelka and Finnim would not come into being until much later. For chronological reasons, the B.U (before the union) and A.U (after the union) are used.
The count starts from year 1, that is, since there is an already visible State and a complex society (for its time).
Germang started counting from precisely the year 1 B.U, and the migrations and conquests would occur gradually to the north, founding the other regions Denciryark in the year 60, Norring in 85, Swelka in 100 and Finnim in 109.
From here they entered a period known as the Early Age, which lasted from 109 to 650. This Age was characterized by feudal lords slowly beginning to grow in power and forming monarchies, the main one being that of the Germang, which would eventually begin to rule over the others through a powerful dynasty: The Zauberer family.
From here, in the year 650, the Zauberer Era begins, which lasts until 1020, with the implosion of the monarchy and the consequent civil war that it provoked in all the kingdoms.
Of the important events that occurred in Germang, one of them was the arrival of Christianity, which at first failed to find a large number of followers and the episodes of conversion ended in moments of violence. The dynasty was not very supportive of the new faith, which they saw as a type of interference due to forced conversion attempts, however, the messages of ethics and courage soon began to echo among the population. The values that Christianity preached began to collide with the interests of the feudal lords and other people, but little by little they gained followers among the common people.
Soon the first religious orders appeared and the nobility would soon join them. One of the most famous for reasons of humility and selfless help to the people was the order of the Errant Knight, still in force in the modern days of the Confederation and has been constant material for books of epic poetry and as a cultural element.
Later, kings began to favor one religion over another, often out of sheer personal whim, some even becoming highly questionable cults. Over the years, a time came when these groups began to openly persecute each other and a religious conflict broke out. The Christian faith already had an important presence in society and the clash of interests ended in conflicts that escalated into violence. After 20 years of long war (810-830 B.U), a peace treaty was made, and numerous moral edicts borrowed from Christianity were included in it, yet this faith was not given more privilege. Christianity emerged somewhat weakened from the conflict and the number of detractors began to grow, however it remained a latent bloc in society.
The fall of the monarchy was due to problems of inheritance and envy between brothers whose dispute ended up fragmenting the kingdom, in the year of 1020 B.U. In these days, a religious order changed its position to one closer to paganism and attachment to nature. Monarchies had to work to maintain religious tolerance. The dynasties were very short, as they no longer had the power that they had during the Zauberer era. The Salver dynasty, which lasted 30 years, left as a legacy greater religious tolerance and the first antecedents of ecological laws. The Serges dynasty that followed disappeared along with the king, devoting himself more to self-indulgence than to ruling. He neglected politics and had no heir of his own. From 1060 B.U, a slow political process would begin in which the monarchy would lose power but still would take many years to disappear. This problelms were also transferred to the religious matter, where after a schism, Christianity was divided into different branches, each with its own different perspective of seeing religion. Thus began a silent type of war, because there were no pitched battles as in the first war, but rather murders, disappearances and extortions. The forests became refuges and prosperous areas, meanwhile order was restored with help and some social pressure from the then neighboring nations: Denciryark, Norring, Swelka and Finnim.
After this, the different branches were forced to sign a pact in which tolerance and coexistence of ideas and guilds were guaranteed, but they lost forever all political power they had previously possessed, if they wanted to survive. This happened in the year 1440 B. U.
It began as the first Germang fief, and there the monarchy would last for a long time, longer than in any other nation. In this nation, literature was given a boost such as had not been seen since the creation of the printing press, and vast quantities of books of all kinds were printed: scientific, fantasy, poetry, history, philosophy. The capital was Veisegat, where the castle of the same name was located and from which the kingdom was directed. From there, little by little the population and fiefdoms expanded over the years. The castle was completed in the year 88 B.U. Here the monarchy was much more stable with the Galter dynasty which was the only one in the region that retained power. Denciryark was the first nation to adopt the figure of the king's advisor, which made an excellent political counterweight.
Along with Germang, Denciryark also had his time of flourishing chivalry and the arts. The inhabitants of Denciryark have always been very attached to nature and their support for it has been constant, which in modern days translates into a lot of ecological support, led by the Sword in the Heights association, the most important in the confederation and with an uninterrupted existence of 991 years.
In the war of religion (810-830), Denciryark also suffered from civil war among his congregations. In a similar way to what happened in Germang, Christianity lost strength. It is believed that here was the beginning of the formation of strange sects, more related to strange ways of seeing Christianity than satanic sects, but they have proliferated until the present days of Denciryark and have some political power and the freedom to exercise it.
When the union of nations took place and the eventual transformation to empire and its consequent fall, the abolition of the monarchy took place in a very peaceful way since the dynasty always had the sympathy of the people.
Nowadays Denciryark is a great tourist site to visit the old castles. It also has the most advanced technology in cybersecurity and espionage, mainly against external threats, since as in Techno Socialystiche there are broad civil liberties and freedom of expression, there are no reasons to persecute citizens for the way they express themselves. In the event of planning attacks against political figures, the Livgarde, the confederation's personal guard, and the politician(s) involved are notified, since they trust more in the arrest of the attacker than in their execution for committing a state crime. This security agency is known in the Confederation as "the Crystal Ball" because nothing seems to escape its gaze and has been the subject of multiple conspiracy rumors by some people. At the moment they had not shown signs of attacking the State.
Precisely for ecological reasons, the green party, or also known as the party of the sword (without this having warlike connotations since they are opposed to the use of violence) since they are members of the Knightly Sword in the Heights order.
It was already inhabited before the expansion of the Germang fiefdoms. Very late they decided to build walls in their main cities to defend themselves against the attacks, (sometimes from Germang) since although the nation was not destroyed, their nobles ended up marrying the feudal lords of Germang and ended up subject to them. The walls were built in the year 85 B.U to prevent invasions by foreign peoples. This work took 10 years. The walls were successful for defense and expanded as the population grew. Today it no longer has military importance but it is an important tourist attraction.
Unlike Germang, in Norring Christianity did not proliferate due to how hermetic they were as a society and the ancient beliefs of the gods endured. Here religious tolerance was much higher than in other regions. More than half of the people profess the old faith, they call themselves Keepers of the Faith. This generated religious discrepancy with Germang and certain outbreaks of rebellion broke out in Norring, which until then had remained one of the most peaceful areas, this in the year 691 B.U. The war of religion did not affect them due to the secrecy of their society and their more open tolerance.
When the Zauberer bloodline ended up falling under its own weight and destroying each other, Norring declared herself the continuator of the legacy, for at least 2 more centuries (1287 B.U). It was the first nation to have a female monarch, which struck a chord with many in society. After the revolution, the monarchy was dissolved and communication and cordial relations with Germang were restored.
Norring would become the spearhead of aviation and especially space technology. The fastest commercial aircraft (with a speed of 5,000 kilometers per hour) were created in Norring and have launched numerous satellites and ships into space for scientific and exploration purposes.
Founded in the year 100 B.U, their relationship with Norring was especially close and there were not many differences of any kind between them. They have always contributed with many scientists and architects and religious tolerance was always great. Unlike its neighbors, it was not drawn into religious conflicts and the war went relatively unnoticed.
Growth here was slower than in other nations due to the small population and the inhospitable land. Terrible stories were told about giant snakes that devoured the unwary. Their existence was never proven, but snakes are considered the national animal of today's confederation. Finnim has provided excellent astronomers and sailors thanks to which much has been learned about outer space and geography and navigation.
From the union, chronologically it began to count from year 1 again (for reasons of State). When the union between the regions occurred, it was agreed that each nation would watch over the common political, economic and social interest. The integration was not easy, and the increase in power that they had together made political ambitions grow that ended in the creation of a short-lived empire (1-26 A.U) precisely because of the difference in ideas and ended up dissolving. The empire was short-lived because only one nation held the greatest power (Germang), the others refused to cooperate and even openly boycotted the empire. It was this period that made them see that monarchies were dangerous as a form of government and they opted for the abolition of kings and opt for paths closer to the republic and democracy.
Slowly it was advocated for the decrease of elements in the army. After 2 great external wars that threatened them, they made several political reforms in which the left would take power and to date it retains it. It is there that the confederation adopts the name it has today. Learning from what they consider mistakes of the past, numerous political and social reforms have been made.
