Activity bill

Preamble
Noting that activity has been down. Knowing that for us to sustain
our golding age and prosper we must halt the process of activity lowering.
For this very reason a activity bill is seen as required along with the establishment of the minister of culture,
to insure that for years to come nations continue yelling Ad Victoriam!

Article I. Rmb
A.
All citizens of the ULN shall for now on be required to post at least a single post every
time they are online.
B.
To encourage constant rmb discussion a regional theme will be chosen every week
by the Minister of Culture. This theme will change some visual aspects of the region
including.
1. Officer titles
2. Color of the WFE
3. The style of purely entertainment purposes polls.
Member nations are encouraged to discuss the theme but not required to.
C.
To encourage further regional activity a poll will be held every week about a real game issue
the nation of Union Of Liberal Nations has encountered. The minister of culture
may hold a poll about the issue with the options anytime they wish discluding when there is a current
poll. The poll will last 1 to 2 days and after the poll is done the nation will answer the respective issue
with the option with the highest voted. Member nations are encouraged to discuss the poll with fellow
member nations.
Article II. Events
A.
The minister of culture may start any event on any day and define how it will be celebrated. Events are purely
ceremonial and may not effect how the region is governed in any way and may be cancelled by the Prime minister,
Crown or WA delegate.
Article III. Ministerial elections
A.
Any citizen state may run for the position of minister of culture by announcing there intention to do so at least
2 days prior to the election
B.
A minister of culture term shall last 3 months
C.
After a minister of culture term is complete the crown shall hold a poll (as soon as he is able to) with all citizen states
who announced there plan to run for minister of culture as an option. The poll shall last 4 days after which the citizen state with
the most votes shall be appointed minister of culture. If a tie is reached the tie may be broken by the crown
D.
The minister of culture shall have the following powers
*Appearance
*Communications
*Polls
The minister of culture may use there power in any way stated in the activity bill or any bill amending the powers/responsibility of the minister of culture.

Article IV Ratification
A.
This bill will become official with the majority of voters voting yes on a poll that will last 2 days.
