Kohr for Children

The following is the text one might find in a 1st grade Kohrian history book:

Kohr is beautiful. Many forests, hills, and animals are in Kohr. Kohr is a big place. Long ago, Kohr was free. No one dared settle it.

However, evil D'Huka scum came in one day and said, "Kohr is ours now!" And so it was. This was a sad time.

They brought the Kuhr people to inhabit Kohr. This was a bad idea. The Kuhr didn't like those scum. They said, "We have to be free!"

And they fought bravely, and became free of the D'Huka.

However, the Kuhr didn't know what to do next. So then came along a great hero, one who could guide them and tell them what was right. Yes, it was Benevolent Overlord F'Earstel.

With his large armies, our hero whisked himself into control of Kohr, and made all people equal, free, and safe. Now we are a happy nation.

F'Earstel's political and economic enemies always end up "missing" to the people who they associated with. In reality, the military has created a resting camp where they are relocated. There, the scum are flayed, amputated, and electrocuted into submission. Of course, they can't be trusted to be let free, so they are transferred again to the jurisdiction of a rogue firing squad, where they spend time fearfully mulling over their own death before slowly bleeding out from bullet wounds. So, remember kids, hooray for us!
