Exceptions to nudity in the land of Goddess Venus

In Kythera, wearing clothes can land you in jail for up to a year. However, for health and safety, there are a few exceptions:

Construction workers, Manual labour, Military and Police personnel, Firefighters, Farmers, Healthcare workers, or those who work with heavy machinery are all allowed wear protective clothing while carrying out their jobs. As soon as they are on break or done for the day, they must strip.

The law states that certain clothes can and cannot be worn as part of anti-modesty legislation.
