Nation Analysis: Social Conservatism

Is that a good thing or a bad thing, it's hard to tell.
Part of that score mean we're still restricting our citizens life for everybody's sake,
but part of it also show the self-restraint our people naturally show.
Since it looks like some kind of percentage, being close to 50 should be OK.

We went from 38 to 38.28, so it confirm the Freedom stats, our people are used to
the way the government interact with them, and get the most freedom out of it.
A decrease should be a good thing as long as corruption, crime or others stuffs
don't appear.
