Nation Analysis: Public Transport

Any growing nation is faced with trouble regarding complex traffic, harder to find locations, increase of pollution and other things.
Because it is a logical and efficient answer to these problems, we developed public transportation.
Since last time, we went from 234 to 11659.82, reflecting change in calculation methods.
Nobody is left behind or in an obscure area, everything get linked properly.

The world average went from 12 to 1381.56, this may be used to understand the change in values after the
computation change time.
Right now it's hard to tell if international transports between benevolent nations is progressing well.
We might have to work with the international community to find solutions about that.
